Due to the renewed intrest in nostalgia motors we have designed a bracket for the 401/425 Nailhead Buick. Steel bracket mounts to the intake and water crossover manifold. Two groove water pump and crankshaft pulleys are required for this application. |

This bracket is designed to work with the 401/425 Nailhead Buick motor using three groove water pump and crankshaft pulleys. Three piece Steel bracket bolts solid to the water crossover manifold. If using with part number 311, it will mount behind the front plate. Bracket mounts a Saginaw Type 2 power steering pump, and an aftermarket aluminum V-Belt pulley. |

This bracket is designed for the Buick 401/425 C.I.D. motors, and uses the smaller G.M. CS130 alternator with the 2 o'clock position as shown in the Important Info. page of this web site. Three piece steel bracket mounts the alternator using the mounting bolts of the water crossover manifold. Bracket aligns the alternator with the middle grooves of a three groove water pump and crankshaft pulley. |
